SkillWork - MuscleUp Progression (Check In) If you are able to complete MuscleUps, whether strict or Kipping, work on fluidity and transitions. If you cannot string kipping, work on transitions. If you can kip and string at least 5, work on strict MuscleUps. If you cannot complete either, we will work on progressions. Bar or Ring MuscleUps work is accepted.
