1. Power Snatch + OHS- 5 x 3/1 @ 90% of heavy set from last week ( 3 power snatches + 1 over head squat)

Superset : Means go from one exercise to the next each set.        
1. Bench- Heavy set of 10, then 3x10 @ 90% of heavy set
2. Pull ups wide grip - 35 total
                     
Superset:
1. DB Incline- 4 x 12                          
2. DB rows on incline - 4 x 12          
                     
Superset:
1. Hanging row on rings or barbell- 4 x 10
2. DB Pull over- 4 x 10
