JTS accessory cleanup(Weight) Superset: 1. DB Lateral Raises with 2 seconds down each rep- 3x10 2. Tricep kick back with 2 seconds up each rep - 3 x 10 3. Barbell Lunges- 3 x 10 each leg 4. Sit to stand + Box jumps- 3 x 8/8 - you lay on a pad and do a full sit up, right when you are all the way up jump on top of a box in front of you, then lower your body down and lay back on the pad. |
