Partner WOD (Run, Plank, Burpees) (Reps) 10 minute AMRAP: If 3 person team: Athlete 1: Run 200M Athlete 2: hold plank (arms extended) while Athlete 1 runs Athlete 3: Burpees while Athlete 1 runs WHEN Athlete 1 returns from run Athlete 1 rotates to burpees Athlete 2 rotates to Run 200M Athlete 3 rotates to planks Rotation continues until time expires ***WOD is scored by burpees reps only If 2 person teams, continue as above without the plank element.
