Every minute on the minute:
2 Clean and Jerks - 50% 1RM
2 Clean and Jerks - 60% 1RM
1 Clean and Jerk - 65% 1 RM
1 Clean and Jerk - 70% 1RM
1 Clean and Jerk - 70% 1RM

Minute 6-15;
Find your 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk
***Cleans can be squat or power
***weight should be heavy enough to need to Split Jerk

Record all appropriate Benchmarks for the day
