Your reward? Burpees! Challenge yourself to complete the lungesters unbroken, but to keep you moving two quick sets of 3-4 should do the trick to be done in less than 1 minute. The pace of the burpees should allow you to continuously move through up until the end of your 2 minute window averaging 12-20 burpees.
