Yes, ONE set is 5 ROUNDS of cleans and squats, followed by ONE 400 meter run. This workout calls for 15 total rounds and 3 total runs. Shoot for unbroken reps for your power cleans, and move through all the air squats with intensity. They are not a rest station.
