3 SuperSets:
- 20 Air Squats
- 20 Front Rack (Goblet KB) Front Lunge (10 ea)
- 20 Dbl KB Deadlifts
- 20 Front Rack (Goblet KB) Rear Lunge (10 ea)
- 20 (Goblet KB) Box Step Ups
