Fitness BootCamp:
Even minutes - 6 WallBalls (or 40 seconds work)
Odd minutes - 8 Burpees (or 40 seconds work)

Focus on form with this EMOM:
FS-Back Plane, Midline-stabilization, knees tracking inline with toes, proper from rack.
T2B-Grip, grip width, midline activation, active shoulders, both toes to bar together, reset with ankles behind bar plane

Improvements in technique on Front Squats and Toes-to-Bar will result in improved efficiencies in future MetCons
