Day 2:

1. Power clean + Hang clean below knee - Heaviest set of 1 / 2, then 4 sets of 1 / 2 @ 90% of the heavy set.

2. Barbell press in split- 3 x 6

3. Clean pull off 2” deficit- 4 x 4 @ 95% of complex from above

4. Bent over rear delt raise- 3 x 8

5. Barbell front raises (grip where you clean from)- 3 x 8

6. Hanging Leg raises- 3 x failure
