1. Clean & Jerk - 6 x 1/1 @ 80% of 1RM

2. Back squat pause in bottom on first rep for 1 second- Heavy set of 5, then 3 x 5 @ 90% of heavy set

3. Walking DB Lunges- 3 x 6 each leg

4. Quad set: means go from A to B to C to D then back to A etc.

1. Barbell Bicep curls- 3 x 8

2. Standing DB Triceps overhead extension- 3 x 8

3. Seated Concentration Curls- 3 x 8

4. Lying DB Triceps extension- 3 x 8

5. Russian Twist with plate or med ball- 3 x failure
