WOD 1 - 10 minute max effort snatch EMOM (Weight) Every minute on the minute you will perform 10 double unders as a buy in, then perform 1 max effort POWER snatch. Your score is total weight lifted in the 10 minutes. You may increase or decrease weight if needed.
