Complete the following in order:  
HS Hold  
TireSlam(sledge hammer)  
Sled Push (2-45s/2-25s) 50ft
Sandbag Cleans (60/40)
Overhead PVC squats on Wobble Board  
Bar Hang 10 burpee penalty, post WOD for every break.
Slam Balls(30/20)  
Bench Jump-overs  
Battle Ropes
Dumbbell snatches (alternating) (50#/35#)  

Keep a running rep count each round and try to maintain and improve, round over round. You will complete 3 rounds!
