For 15 minutes work Technique and Form for Bulgarian Split Squats or Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats.

Beginners should start with lunge squats (no elevation)

Base Progression is to add height (using boxes, 12', 18', 20', 24', never allowing ankle of the foot to go higher than upper glute

Strength progression is to add weight, via hanging KBs, (equal weight on each side)

Advanced progression is to use a barbell in the rear rack position
