Skill work - L-Sits/L-Sit pullups (Check In) 10 rounds of: 10 second L-Sits or as many L-Sit Pullups as possible 20 seconds rest (from the Pullup Bar or Overhead RINGS) *L-Sit is ankles/toes even with hips* **Scale as Knees up/toes down ***Don't drop knees below hips w/in 10 seconds
