1A: Alt. DB Tempo Bench + Double DB Bench
5 alt. tempo reps (each side) + 5 double DB reps (normal speed). (Arms start extended)
1B: 15 reps Barbell Skull Crushers with EZ Curl Bar lying on Bench

5 sets:
2A: 10 Barbell Deadlift @ 60-65%
2B: 10 Elevated Heel Goblet Squats

5 sets:
3A: 10 Elevated Toe Double DB Romanian Deadlift
*Holding dumbbells in each hand, push the hips back, lowering the dumbbells down the front of the legs until the end ROM is hit
3B: 30yds DB Racked Walking Lunges

5 sets:
4A: 10 Seated DB Calf Raise
*with DB on each knee and Plate under toes, lift each leg at the same time, working from full extension to full flexion, holding at each end.
4B: 2x:30 GHD SA KB Hold
**IN a Prone GHD Extended position, hold a KB in 1 arm, stabilizing for :30 seconds on each side (1 set is twice on each side.)
