Snatch EMOM:
Working @ 70-75% of that heavy single,
3 singles every minute on the minute

Clean & Jerk build to heavy:
- Build to a heavy single in 15 minutes.

C&J EMOM:
Working @ 70-75% of that heavy single,
3 singles every minute on the minute

Front Squat:
- Build to a heavy single for the day in 5-6 sets
* rest 60-90 seconds between sets *

Back Squat:
- 1x20 reps as heavy as possible. (50%-55% expected)
**required warmup should be minimal
