1. Jerks-  heavy set of 5, then 3 x 5 @ 85% of heavy set of 5  

Tabata interval - repeat 3 sets, rest only 10 seconds between exercises, all the exercises are done with a barbell so it will be easy transition,  (go throught 1-8 with 10 seconds rest between 1-2-3-4-5-6-6-7-8 then rest as much time as needed between sets.

4. Barbell Bicep curls - 20 second max reps

7. Speed crunches- 20 second max reps
8. Hanging on pull up bar hold - 30 seconds hold
