1775 - Birthday workout for the US Army
In celebration of the founding of the United States Army on June 14, 1775, and in honor of its soldiers and their unwavering dedication to national defense.

For 60 minutes:(Rx)
For 30 minutes (Rx2)

Complete as many rounds as possible of:
17 power cleans, (CFP Rx 135 lb./95 lb.)
75 air squats

1. Complete a round.
2. Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters round-trip back to your WOD-spot
3. Take one of your plates and carry it  200 meters round-trip back to your barbell.
4. Take your 2nd plate and carry it 200 meters round-trip back to your barbell.
5. Reload your Barbell, complete another round

Repeat steps 1-5 until time expires
