20180427 Partner WOD (Time) With a partner, working simultaneous though each element, until each element completed; 1200M Row/Run 100 Kettlebell Swings or 1 arm KB Snatches (53#/35#) 200 Air Squats 100 Burpees (Chest to Ground/Jump/OH clap) 1200 M Row/Run Built for 2 Partners, adapt to no more than 3 If you start with a run, end with a row... If you start with a row, end with a run... Split the work anyway you want.... • one partner can Row 700 calories and the other 500 • one partner can do 55 kB Swings, the other can do 45 KB Swings or KB snatches... • one partner can do 199 Air Squats, and the other can do 1 Air Squat... • etc...
