Hopper

Hopper Day

The Hopper in CrossFit is a big metaphorical bin of any and every possible exercise, movement, physical skill or demand.

Each Athlete picks a movement out of the hopper, and the coach picks out a rep count. This will be placed in the order in which it was pulled and programmed into a WOD by the coach.

Each class will perform their own WOD and pick their own hopper exercises.
