(Weight, Rx+)
For 10 minutes, as a class, we will perform a synchronized fractured bear complex, whereby we pause at every step along the way. Choose your weight carefully!

In Example:
--Deadlift, once every body is there;
--Hang Power Clean, once every body is there;
--Drop to Front Squat, once every body is there;
--Stand and Press to OH Hold, once every body is there;
--Drop to bottom of BackSquat, once every body is there;
--Stand and Press to OH Hold;once every body is there;
Drop and rest for 90 seconds,

Repeat 10x

Rx+: performs 1 additional full speed Bear Complex after Synchronized BC
