In a 30 minute Window,
Working for 40 seconds and transitioning for 20 seconds,
3 full rounds of all 10 elements.

Complete the following in order:  

Tire Flips
TireSlam(sledge hammer)
100ft Overhead KB Carry (53/35)
Overhead PVC squats on Wobble Board
Sled Push (135#/95#)
SLED PULL (225#/135#)
Slam Balls(30/20)
Sandbag/MedBall Cleans (Battle Ropes)
Bench Jump-overs
Dumbbell snatches (alternating) (50#/35#)

Coaches will record your rep count at the end of each round... You will complete 3 rounds!
