Group WarmUp HANGING GRIP to Air Squat (Reps) Today's skill work will be a HANGING GRIP to Air Squat, whereby we will hang with full grip and active shoulders for a period of time(until you hear Roxanne) and then drop into an Air Squat back up to a jump, regrip and hang from the bar immediately. Repeat everytime you hear Roxanne, otherwise... YOU ARE HANGING!! Appropriate tunes will be provided for queuing! Rx only if you didn't drop (unbroken hang) and did all 26 squats!
