Power Snatch, Squat Snatch 1RM + WOD


(Weight)
In 15 minutes find your 1RM Power Snatch;
In 10 minutes find your 1RM Squat Snatch

Once complete,
Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes, complete:

1 Power Snatch or Squat Snatch(athletes choice) @ 75% of that 1RM

@ the 5 minute mark,  Add 5-10lbs.

The goal during the WOD is to maintain perfect speed under bar and solid receiving positions.
