Squat Snatch Technique Progression (Check In) Squat Snatch technique work: **** this should be mentally exhausting***** Work 4 reps at a time of Squat Snatch progression Start with no touch snatches, working through full squat snatch depth to finish position. 3 positions are top bottom and standing. Work for 15 minutes. The goal of this is consistency, not weight or speed or anything else.... Just consistency. No more than 50% 1RM
