1.Front Squat- 4x3 at 90% of your 4RM
2. Box jumps - 4 x 5

Superset:
1. CL grip Shrugs- 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure
2. Standing DB Press - 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure

1. Press in split - 3 x 6 (pause overhead for 1 second for each rep)
