Work to a heavy double in 10 min.

*In between sets do 5 Heaving Snatch Balance with a PVC Pipe or light barbell.
followed by a :30 HEAVY Front Rack Hold.

(pause in receive for three seconds):
Set 1: (1+1) x 4 sets @ 70%

---Clean and Jerk ---
Clean bar to 1” from the floor, pause, then perform a C&J.
