Working for 40 seconds and transitioning for 20 seconds, 2 Minute rests between Rounds.
3 full rounds of all 10 elements.  
Complete the following in order:
Tire Flips  
TireSlam(sledge hammer)
Seated Sled Pull (225#/135#)
Sandbag Cleans (60/40)
Overhead PVC squats on Wobble Board
Bar Hang
Slam Balls(30/20)
Bench Jump-overs
Battle Ropes
Dumbbell snatches (alternating) (50#/35#)  

Keep a running rep count each round and try to maintain and improve, round over round. You will complete 3 rounds!
