At start: 50 push-ups
At 3: 50 squats
At 6: 50 sit-ups
At 9: 25 deadlifts 205/165
At 12: 25 shoulder to overhead 115/65
At 15: 25 back squats 115/65
At 18: stop
This will be scored for total number of reps completed. You have 3 minutes on each movement to complete as many reps as you can. There are 225 total reps.
