Title: Day 3- Both lifts + Explosive lower body + Upper body-



A) No Feet Snatches - (Use Contact): 4x2 @ 75% of 1rm SN

B) Power Clean and Jerk (catch power clean just above parallel each rep): 4 x 2/1 @ 70% of 1rm CJ

C) Bodybuilding Work:

1. Behind the neck Push press (jerk grip) - 6rm + 2 x 6 @ 85% of 6rm
2. Lateral+Front Raises with DB - 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure

Superset:
1. Close Grip Bench (grip just 1 fist length normal bench) - 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure

2. Hammer Curls- 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure

Superset:
1. Seated concentration Curls- 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure
2. DB OH Press- 2 x 10 + 1 set to failure

Superset:
1. GHD Back ext with wt- 3 x 10
2. GHD Sit-ups with wt.- 3 x 10
