JTS2 - Day5 - HYP2 2of4(Time) Day 5: Legs and Plyos 1. Back Squat- 8rm, then 3 x 8 @ 85% of 8rm 2. RDL with barbell- 4 x 8 3. Barbell Step ups- 4 x 8 each leg 4. Leg press- 4 x 10 or Belt squat- 4 x 10 5. Jump rope (mix up the type )- 200 total reps (skipped) 6. Sit to stand + Box jumps with plate in hands (10-25lbs)- 4 x 5/5 - you lay on a pad and do a full sit up, right when you are all the way up jump on top of a box in front of you, then lower your body down and lay back on the pad.
