JTS2 -Day2 Hyp2-1of4(Weight) 1. Clean + FS - Heavy set of 3/1, then 3 x 3/1 @ 90% of heavy set ( 3 clean + 1 Front squat) Superset: 1. Behind the Neck sn push press- 3 x 8 2. Hanging leg raises small weight on ankles- 3 x 8 Superset: (Skipped) 1. Clean pull- 3 x 6 @ 95% of clean use straps - end with a shrug and on toes here. 2. Explosive hand release push ups close grip (explode as high as you can each rep off the floor with hands)- 3 x failure Superset: 1. DB Lateral Raises with 2 seconds up each rep- 3x10 2. Triceps push down on band or cables - 3 x failure Superset: 1. Skull crushers- 3 x 8 2. Jack knives - 3 x failure
