1. Snatch- 6 x1  @ 70% of 1rm (do these every 90 seconds)
2. CJ- 6 x 1/1 @ 70% (do these every 90 seconds)
3. FS- Heavy single no down sets make sure this has good speed on it, stop when it slows down
4. CG Bench- 4rm no down sets
5. Side Planks- 3 x 1 min each side
6. Farmers walk with heavy DB in each hand- 3 x 40 yards
