B. CJ- up to 93% for 3 singles then down to 80% for 2 singles
C. BS -4 x 4 @ 85% of 5rm
D. Box step ups with db- 3 x 6 each leg
Quad set: means go from A to B to C to D then back to A etc.
A. Barbell Bicep curls- 3 x 8
B. Standing DB Triceps overhead extension- 3 x 8
C. Seated Concentration Curls- 3 x 8
