2. Barbell press in split- 3 x 6
3. Clean pull off 2” deficit- 3 x 4 @ 85% of complex from above
4. Bent over rear delt raise- 3 x 8
5. Barbell front raises (grip where you clean from)- 3 x 8
6. Hanging Leg raises- 3 x failure
