1.  Power clean + hang clean below knee - PR set of 1 / 2 then 4 sets of 1 / 2 @ 90% of the heavy set.
2. Barbell press in split- 5 x 6
3. Clean pull off 2” deficit- 5 x 4 @ 95% of complex from above
4. Bent over rear delt raise- 5 x 8
5. Barbell front raises (grip where you clean from)- 5 x 8
6. Hanging Leg raises- 5 x failureo
