Hell Week 2017 Day 2 (Time) Welcome to Hell Week 2017! From October 23th through October 31st, we'll be holding our 2nd annual 'Hell Week' at CrossFit Paulding. Hell Week will consist of 5 very challenging WODs - eerily reminiscent of some WODs you may or may not know. Complete the five WODs and log your results here across the 8 days and you're a SURVIVOR. Miss the WOD on its daily - make it up on another day, but in any case, log your results. Don't worry - all WODs can be scaled and the coaches will assist.
