10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
Toes-to-Bars
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
Power Cleans (155/105 lb)
Bench Presses (155/105 lb)

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 10 Deadlifts and 10 Toes-to-Bars, 9 reps each, then will work their way down to 1 Deadlift and 1 Toes-to-Bar. Directly after the prescribed reps for the first couplet, athlete will then proceed to 1 Power Clean and 1 Bench Press, 2 reps each, all the way up to 10 Power Cleans and 10 Bench Presses.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bench Presses is completed.
