20201117 Memorial WOD (Sarah Russell Crush Cancer) (Time) 50-40-30-20-10 Deadlifts Double Unders Sit-ups 200m Run Help raise money and show your support for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation by completing the ‘SARAH’ WOD on Friday 15th September 2017 at your local CrossFit Box or Gym. We ran this event last year with great success so looking to do the same again this year! The Bring It On CrossFit Family will be running the 'SARAH' WOD as the workout of the day on Friday 15th September with a special FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS kicking off at 5pm! Please RSVP if you wish to join un on the night and take part in the WOD! Otherwise share this event with your CrossFit/Gym Coach and have them run the WOD at your box to help show your support for the cause!
