1. Back Squat- 10rm  + 3 x 10 @ 85% of 10rm  
2. RDL with barbell- 5 x 10
3. Barbell Lunges- 3 x 10 each leg    
4. Leg press- 5 x 10    or Belt squat- 5 x 10
5. Jump rope- 200 total reps
6. Sit to stand + Box jumps- 4 x 8/8 - you lay on a pad and do a full sit up, right when you are all the way up jump on top of a box in front of you, then lower your body down and lay back on the pad.
