Day 3: FS and Accessory compound movement day

1. Front Squat- 3 x 5 @ 80% of 1rm  
2. SN high pull- 3 x 5 @ 90% of day 1 snatch ( DH change-Sub 50% Sat snatch)
3. Close Grip Bench- 3 x 10 pick weight for all sets
4. Plank- 3 x 1 min                  
5. Hanging leg raises- 3 x 10            
DH change-(Add burpees & do all core as a SuperSet)
6. GHD Sit ups- 3 x 10
