Hell Week 2017 Day 5

Welcome to Hell Week 2017!

From October 23th through October 31st, we'll be holding our 2nd annual 'Hell Week' at CrossFit Paulding. Hell Week will consist of 5 very challenging WODs - eerily reminiscent of some WODs you may or may not know. Complete the five WODs and log your results here across the 8 days and you're a SURVIVOR. Miss the WOD on its daily - make it up on another day, but in any case, log your results. Don't worry - all WODs can be scaled and the coaches will assist.

SURVIVORS will be justly rewarded with the medal of honor (t-shirt) - check out our Facebook page later in the week for more details. VICTIMS... well....
