15 Box Jumps (24'/20')

Note: Scale deadlift weight as needed for safe movement at high volume; remembering that it should be just enough to complete 'touch and go' deadlifts through each round, but hard enough to challenge you throughout the WOD. No deadlift bar dropping is the goal. Box JUMPs are preferred, but if you feel you need to stop and rest, do StepUps as opposed to stopping.

Focus is Intensity and Form through all movements, specifically, do not forsake Form for Speed on the deadlifts.
