Jerks- work to heavy (supposed to be 4x5 @90% last week’s heavy) Tabata interval - repeat 3 sets, rest only 10 seconds between exercises, all the exercises are done with a barbell so it will be easy transition, (go through 1-8 with 10 seconds rest between 1-2-3-4-5-6-6-7-8 then rest as much time as needed between sets. -rest as much as needed between sets 1. Strict Press - 20 second max reps 2. Strict Pullups- 20 second max reps 3. DIPS (sub Pushups)- 20 second max reps 4. DB (sub Barbell) Bicep curls - 20 second max reps 5. Standing DB Tricep overhead press with barbell - 20 second max reps 6. Goodmorning barbell - 20 second max reps 7. Speed crunches- 20 second max reps 8. Hanging on pull up bar hold - 30 seconds hold
