1. Power Snatch + OHS-4 x 3/1 @ 80% of best 3/1 ( 3 power snatches + 1 over head squat)      
 
Superset : Means go from one exercise to the next each set.          
1. Bench- 4x18 @ 75% of heavy10rm  
2. Pull ups wide grip - 25 total
                       
Superset: Means go from one exercise to the next each set.
1. DB Incline- 3 x 12                            
2. DB rows on incline - 3 x 12            
                       
Superset:
1. Hanging row on rings or barbell- 3 x 10
2. DB Pull over- 3 x 10
 
Superset:
1. Sit ups- 3 x failure                          
2.  Side plank- 3 x 30 seconds each side
