Day 2: Cleans shoulder and triceps

1. Power Clean + FS - PR 3/1 + 3 x 3/1 @ 90% of heavy set ( 3 power clean + 1 Front squat)    

2. Bench press-  5 x 10 (Bench sub’d for BTN Sn PP)

3: Superset:
A: DB Lateral Raises with 2 seconds down each rep- 5x10  
B. Tricep kick back with 2 seconds up each rep - 5 x 10    

4:Superset:    
A.Diamond push ups - 5 x failure
B. Leg lifts- 5 x failure
