Day 1: Snatch, Chest+Back        

1. Power Snatch + OHS- PR 3 /1 + 3 x 3/1 @ 90% of heavy set ( 3 power snatches + 1 over head squat)    

Superset : Means go from one exercise to the next each set.      
1. BTN Snatch Push Press- 5x10
2. Pull ups wide grip - 45 total            

Superset: Means go from one exercise to the next each set.

1. DB Incline- 5 x 12            

2. DB rows on incline - 5 x 12    

Superset:

1. Hanging row on rings or barbell- 5 x 10

2. DB Pull over- 5 x 10

Superset:
1. Sit ups- 5 x failure            

2.  Side plank- 5 x 30 seconds each side
