at each damper setting, the 8 cycles of the Tabata are as follows ~ using avg watts
1- at body weight (BW)
2 - + 10% (BW + 10%)
3 - + 10% (BW + 20%)
4 - + 10% (BW + 30%)
5 - + 10% (BW + 40%)
6 - + 10% (BW + 50%)
7 - + 10% (BW + 60%)
8 - max effort (highest watts)

Keep track of average watts per round, totaling them together for each damper setting. Max average output is your ideal damper setting.
