Snatch + OHS- PR 3/1, then 3 x 3/1 @ 90% of heavy set ( 3 snatches + 1 over head squat)          
 
Superset : Means go from one exercise to the next each set.          
1. Incline Bench- 8rm + 3x8 @90% of heavy 8
2. Pull ups dead hang (clean grip on pull up bar)- 35 total      
                       
Superset: Means go from one exercise to the next each set.
1. DB Bench 5 x 10                            
2. DB row- 5 x 10      
                       
Superset:
1. Barbell row supinated grip- 5 x 10
2. Dips- 5 x failure
